About ordering and delivery
Locus Gear products such as Shelters, Tarps, Bivys and Bags are manufactured in our factory for each customer after receiving the order. So that there is the lead time until the shipment.
Estimated lead time until the Shipment from the date of order ：
On the date of 10th Jan, 2020
- Shelters 3 weeks
- Tarps, Bivys 1-2 weeks
- Accessories 1 week
We use Paypal for receiving orders and payments, so that you can check out by your credit card safely under the Paypal secure payment system even without an account. Of course you can pay through your Paypal account if you have.
We cover all international freight fee for the purchase over 30,000yen at one shipment.
Even less 30,000yen, the delivery fee being charged automatically is only 650yen.
Basically, we use EMS with tracking number for the international shipment, however, it might be via standard Airmail which is no tracking number if the order is very small.
The free international shipping service will be continued unless otherwise noted.
